Executive Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Corporate Strategy and Growth:

  • Is an active member of the company Executive Team contributing to the overall Company decision making processes.
  • Collaborates with the President and Executive Team to develop and execute the Company’s comprehensive strategic plan.
  • Works alongside the President to quarterly present financial reports and other financial reporting to the board.
  • Develops strong relationships with and communicates regularly with shareholders, accounting firms, banking institutions, attorneys, key clients, and other parties regarding financial, accounting, legal, and banking matters.
  • Anticipates business challenges and opportunities; creates an environment that is forward looking and risk management oriented.

Financial

  • Efficiently manages the operations of the Finance/Accounting department.
  • Develops annual Financial Plan including Operational Budget, Capital Plan, and Capital Allocation.
  • Develops, manages, and reports on Key performance indicators for all Finance/Accounting programs.
  • Leads educational initiatives on Financial and Accounting topics for co-workers
  • Ensures adequate financial controls as well as compliance with external reporting requirements.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • At least five-years-experience providing thought leadership for and leading the financial function of a $100 million-plus company or a similar-sized division of a larger company.
  • A solid understanding of financial accounting, the ability to oversee cash management of the Company, and all aspects of corporate finance.
  • Experience leading M&A projects from beginning to end•
  • Experience working with and advising a President, board, and shareholders on the important strategic decisions and financing options that should be considered.
  • Experience managing banking relationships and working with a variety of financing tools to meet strategic capital needs/plans.
  • A desire to work in and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

 

 

Purchasing - Tool Dept. (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Provide excellent customer service to co-workers.
  • Communicate effectively in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Prepare purchase orders & send to vendors and suppliers.
  • Work with your supervisor to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Work with vendors as needed to schedule and expedite deliveries and resolve issues.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and vendors.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness & good communication skills.
  • Willingness to accept feedback from team members and supervisors.
  • Teachable.


 

Service Center - Customer Service (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Assist customers with tool rental related questions at the rental/tool repair counter.
  • Schedule Rental deliveries in person, on the phone, via fax or email.
  • Answer questions – price, availability, and application of products.
  • Clean rented tools when they are returned.
  • Work the Saturday & Monday evening schedule.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer skills are preferred but not required.
