Delivery

Keim has our own delivery fleet of over 30 vehicles, consisting of semi-trucks, boom trucks, both curtain-side and open straight trucks with MOFFETT truck-mounted forklifts, box trucks, and transit vans. With the diversity of our fleet, we have the ability to efficiently deliver everything from small household supply orders up to house and pole building packages.

Keim trucks cover a large portion of the state of Ohio each day, but not to worry if you’re not local. Keim also utilizes the services of both UPS and FedEx to reach our customers who find themselves outside of our normal delivery area.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Keim. But we know that sometimes people change their mind, and that's ok. We'll do our best to return or replace items. It's helpful if the item is in its original packaging, with the receipt or invoice, and is in the original condition that you received it. In some cases, a restock fee of 10% may occur. Special, custom, and non-stock orders are mostly non-refundable, but are worked out on an individual basis.

The purchaser acknowledges that he has examined the invoice(s), delivery ticket(s), and all other confirmations of the order, and that said documents contain an accurate and complete list of the items ordered from Company and selected and desired by Customer.  Due to the nature of these goods, Company requires that the Customer review the list of goods ordered and/or delivered with care, prior to the occurrence of alteration or damage which would prevent the return of the goods. The purchaser further acknowledges for itself, and for its own customers and/or end-users, that these materials may not be returned or replaced unless (1) returned in original packaging (2) returned with original receipt or invoice and (3) product has not been damaged or altered (which shall include without limitation cutting, sanding or finishing). Returns picked up by the Company are subject to a 10% restocking charge. All refunds must be processed through the Company's office, and are given by credit on account or issuance of a check from the Company. Special, custom and non-stock orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
