MIllwork Specialty Sales 

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist customer via phone, fax, email or in person with Millwork related questions.
  • Generate orders and estimates accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • An interest in Millwork products. 
  • A desire to learn about Millwork procedures and methods. 

 

MIllwork Sales Technical Specialist

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain internal and customer pricing files.
  • Maintain process costs.
  • Maintain quarterly quotes.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • Motivated and willing to learn.
  • Computer skills are helpful. (Microsoft Excel and Access)
  • Willing to work individually. 

 

Exterior Door & Window Service Tech

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist customers on the phone, in person on site or inhouse with questions regarding warranty of products. 
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • A substantial knowledge of windows and doors. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • A valid driver's license. 
  • Construction knowledge would be beneficial. 

 

Building Material Take Off Specialist

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Provide material lists from blueprint take-offs using estimating software.
  • Assist salesmen by estimating how much product they will need and which product is best suited for their needs.
  • Obtain price quotes, lead times and product information for special orders from suppliers and Keim buyers.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • A substantial knowledge of building material products. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Computer skills are preferred but not required. 

 

Commercial contractor Sales

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Provide solutions for contractors needing commercial services and products.
  • Generate orders and estimates accurately & efficiently. 
  • Obtain price quotes, lead times and product information for special orders from suppliers and Keim buyers.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • A substantial knowledge of building material products. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of constructions procedures and methods.

 

Phone Sales

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist customers with building material related questions via phone, fax or email.
  • Generate orders and estimates accurately & efficiently. 
  • Answer questions regarding price, availability and application of products.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • An interest in building materials.
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of building material products, constructions procedures and methods.

 

Exterior door & window Sales

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist customers with exterior door and window questions via phone, fax or email.
  • Generate orders and estimates accurately & efficiently. 
  • Answer questions regarding price, availability and application of products.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of exterior doors and windows.
  • Good communication skills. 

 

Mechanic

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Perform oil changes/preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Perform/assist with repairs on various equipment.
  • Help maintain a safe working environment.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • Experience is helpful but not required, willing to train.
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.

 

Sander Dept. Assistant

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist on profile sander.
  • Assist in Planer Sander operations.
  • Assist in Fingerjointing operations.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • A desire to provide great service to co-workers and support various teams.
  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail. 

 

Rough Lumber Assistants

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Stack green lumber on drying sticks.
  • Stack material for Planer operations. 
  • Assist in other areas of Mill production.

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • A willingness to learn and teamwork focused.
  • Ability to handle hardwood lumber.

 

Financial Analyst

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Balance and maintain ledger accounts and post monthly ledger entries. 
  • Analyze and distribute financial, budget, and operational reports each month.
  • Maintain accurate capital spending asset, and depreciation records.
  • Provide project and improvement support for finance and broader organization. 

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or 3-5 years of related experience. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with productivity software (MS Excel email, ERP/GL).
  • Understanding of business processes, work flow, and internal controls. 
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates. 

 

Storage Room Order Picker

Some of the Responsibilities include: 

  • Pick orders for delivery and customer pickup.
  • Load products on customer's vehicles.
  • Restock shelves and do incoming product put-aways. 

Some of the Requirements include: 

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with attention to detail.
  • A willingness to work in different areas with different responsibilities as workload requires.
