Delivery Driver (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
- Operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow traffic laws and safety procedures for transporting products.
- Submit daily vehicle inspections.
- Maintain vehicle in a clean and orderly manner.
- Proper secure loads for transporting.
- Navigate using GPS routing.
- Represent Keim in a professional, courteous and respectful manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

- An attitude of excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Must have valid drivers license (CDL helpful not a must).

- Ability to work varied hours as business dictates.
Finger Jointer Operator (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
- Setup and Operate Finger Jointer efficiently.
- Inspect Finger joints & material quality.
- Lead finger joint team to assist in change overs.
- Assure safe machine operations and all procedures are followed.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

- Ability to communicate and work well with a team.
Planer Sander Operator (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
- Read orders accurately and sand product to exact specifications.
- Stack and inspect material and sanding quality.
- Feed machine properly and setting production pace.
- Accurately fill out work orders with information needed.
- Assure safe machine operations and all procedures are followed.

- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail

Profile Sander Operator (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
- Setup and operate Profile Sander efficiently.
- Maximize sanding programs according to profile and species.
- Inspect material and sanding quality.
