Paint & Wallpaper Customer Service

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Assist customers in the paint, wallpaper, housewares & window treatment areas. 
  • Answer questions regarding price, availability and application of products via phone, email & in-person.
  • Assist with stocking product on shelves and displays.
  • Help check in newly received product in the warehouse area.
  • Work the Monday evening & Saturday Schedule.

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • Willing to provide excellent customer service.
  • An interest in paint and related products.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to do heavy lifting.
  • Basic keyboard and computer skills preferred but not required. 

 

 

Production Lift Driver

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Provide excellent customer service to co-workers in production areas.
  • Transfer product to and from CNC Routers, Gluer 2, Profile Sander and Planer Sander.
  • Provide forklift service to various other teams in the production area. 
  • Package completed products from the listed areas above.

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • A desire to work with a team and provide a smooth flow for production. 
  • Operate the forklift safely within the production environment.

 

 

Phone Sales 

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Assist customers with building material related questions via phone, fax & email.
  • Generate orders and estimates accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer questions regarding price, availability and application of products.
  • Build relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Work the Monday evening and Saturday schedule.

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • An interest in building material products.
  • Basic knowledge of building material products, construction procedures and methods.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer skills preferred but not required.

 

 

Cashier

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Appropriately greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Communicate in a positive manner through the sale process and parting communications.
  • Work the Monday evening and Saturday schedule.

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • Provide excellent customer service as a part of the First Impressions team. 
  • Must have a customer first attitude and enjoy working with people.

 

 

Order Dispatch Secretary

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Manage orders at the purchasing and order dispatch printers.
  • Enter locations of special order products on customer order documents.
  • Release Millwork orders to Millwork Specialty.
  • Perform various other secretarial duties in the Sales Processes department.

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service to co-workers and customers.
  • A flexible & willing attitude toward tasks & duties.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures & instructions.
  • Basic keyboard and computer skills preferred but not required.

 

 

Stain Lab Production

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Produce industrial stains and tinted finishes per order for customers.
    • Most of this is done with a machine
  • Pull customer orders.
  • Measure and mix base & tint products per specification..

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • Ability to lift 40 to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to match colors by eyesight.
  • Tolerance for minor solvent and finish odors.
  • Basic knowledge of stains & finishes would be helpful but not required.

 

 

Financial Analyst - Inventory & Costing

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Product costing and benchmarking.
  • Financial reporting and budgeting for operations.
  • Regular and ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Supporting various systems, projects, and process improvements.

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • Cost Accounting, or related Inventory & Operational data & analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with enterprise data and productivity software.
  • High levels of detail, organization, and project management.
  • Strong personal integrity and work ethic.

 

 

Millwork Sales

Some responsibilities of this position are: 

  • Build relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Assist customers via phone, fax, email or in-person with Millwork related questions.  
  • Generate orders and quotes accurately and efficiently.

Some requirements of this position are: 

  • A desire to provide excellent customer service. 
  • An interest in Millwork products.
